Law and society
Ubi Homo, ibi societas, Ubi societas, ibi ius. Where a (civil) society is, there is the law.
Using Aristotle's expression, you can define man as a "social animal" which naturally tends to congregate with others whom he forms societies with. In particular, each individual, from childhood until full age, not only is influenced by the environment in which it grows in, but at the same time undergoes a process of "socialization" through which he tends to share with others values and beliefs and to be able to act within the new organization. Therefore, civic education, wich allows you to maintain this precarious social order, holds a position of paramount importance.
Keep in mind, too, that Ex facto oritur ius, or rather The law arises from the fact. This means that each fact, event or experience that we live and face each day can be traced back to an abstract case contained in a rule of law. In this context, the Association Perspectives Mediterranee is the meeting promotion point of a legal culture more aware for those who have the desire to learn or deepen.
To this end through the "Law and Society" area, the Association intends to draw attention to important issues of media sensitivity and public interest: for example, issues of international law addressed by the activity dedicated to the peace talks in Jerusalem and the protection of the holy places are relevant.
However issues related to the law are not left out: the Association, in fact, also plays a critical analysis of that particular field of civil law, in the center of the most hotly debated law case, concerning the regulation of the joint ownership dynamics.
